Since Michelle's ADHD diagnosis in 2019 (at the age of 41), she's been approached by people asking for support through the realisation that they may have ADHD and coming to terms with their diagnosis.
Whilst some people think that ADHD coaching should be about being less ADHD, we do not believe (at all) that this is the right approach. We won't be concentrating on learning to be more focused, overcoming procrastination, time management etc.
We work WITH your ADHD, learning how to harness your superpowers and how to practise self-compassion, forgiveness and self-care.
There's no such thing as typical ADHD - we all have our struggles and strengths, so we co-create with you a programme of support that works for you.
Areas where we can help
Stopping people pleasing
Putting in some boundaries
Learning to say no
Focusing on self-care

How we work
James and Michelle work with you to design a programme that works for you.
You may need to work with James to understand your strengths and learn how to put them to work. Or you may need to work with Michelle to learn how to quieten those voices in your head and be kinder to yourself.
