How Michelle Works
Michelle draws on 20+ (eek) years of being an Organisational Psychologist and applying her knowledge in skills in lots of different situations - leadership and organisational development, employee selection and assessment, coaching and personal development within big corporates, public sector organisations and SMEs, as both an employee and as an external consultant.
When you're working with her, she helps you figure out what you want, help get out of your comfort zone, and grow along the way. Michelle is here to help you with your own journey—to help you design your own ideal life by rediscovering your courage to be the person you want to be, in order to create what you want to create.
Michelle believes that relationships are so important. You have all the power and you hold the agenda. Her job is to hold the space and ask you powerful questions to help give you new insights, a better understanding of the resources you have and more clarity in your life.
She loves learning new things and is forever attending courses and reading books. She has completed Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals course and an interesting introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Also she has completed the Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr. She loves drawing on the best bits from her learning and putting them into practice to benefit her clients.
