Work Pirates Gathering - December 2020
Time & Location
About the Event
Because work is just not working for so many people; everything seems a little bit broken. We want to make work better for everyone. Happiness in work is the goal.
What to expect:
We love getting people together to talk about all things work. Work Pirates Gatherings are sessions for people professionals who want to make a difference to the world of work. This will be a space where we can share, laugh and learn from each other! These are fully interactive - there are no rules (apart from The Pirate Code, of course!). There may be the odd slide, activity or just a bloody good chat!
We would love you to join us!
12:00 - Session 1 - Becca Brighty - The neuroscience of organisational change: minimising the threat response.
12:45 - Session 2 - Ruth Evans - Networking - scary, sneaky or supportive?
Do I have to attend both sessions?
Nope! You can come and attend the ones you fancy attending and then not attend the other - it is entirely up to you!
These online discussions will be totally interactive and recorded if you can’t attend (to watch afterwards).
How can I attend?
We will be meeting via Zoom - you'll get a link to join us online.
If you have a ticket already for the (twice-postphoned / rebranded truNewcastle 2020) - please register for a free spot!
If not - a suggested £5 donation to be split between our two charities - The PIE Project and Team Evie would be lovely!
