Your investment

From £500 + VAT per person

The costing per person includes a code to take Gallup's Clifton Strengths assessment (a £60 value), a 90-min coaching session, all digital resources for further learning and development, plus participation in a group workshop in-person (with all resources as part of this). The manager gets an access code to take the Clifton Strengths assessment and access to their Manager's Report (a £90 value) with 3 individual coaching sessions.

What's included?

Clifton Strengths codes

Each person gets a code to take Gallup's world renowned assessment that gives access to their full 34 strengths report.

Manager's report

In addition to the Clifton Strengths Report the manager will gain access to a report specifically showing how to manage and coach others using their top strengths.

Individual coaching

Each team member gets a minimum of 90-minutes of coaching on their top 5 strengths; how these help them to succeed or can derail them. We offer 3 sessions to the manager.

Group workshop

A half-day in-person session where the team builds on the individual coaching, to understand each other's strengths, and how to bring these together to best effect as a team.

Resources & support

Everyone has access to further digital resources for further development, management tools, and our support in how to best embed this into your meetings, 121s and processes.

Some programme add-ons

Job crafting

Help each team member to personalise their job role outside of its fundamental structure using their strengths, skills or interests. Being able to tailor a job in this way encourages a person to find their work meaningful and fulfilling.

Additional coaching

You might decide to offer extra individual coaching to team members, or perhaps as the manager, you are looking for continued support to grow as a manager, to play bigger and to lead in a more impactful way.

OD support

You may require some external support that looks at talent mapping, skills gap analysis, improving the onboarding process & experience, and other key areas. This joins up with your people function to add to the lasting impact.

Creative activities

Consider bringing a more hands-on, creative element to our programme with activities such as pottery painting. Such a session combines a tactile and creative aspect to discussing strengths and team building.
